Beijing Royal Grand Hotel - 北京

我一星期前已訂好是商務房雙人床了．到我起程前一天特地告知酒店我到達酒店是晚上11點後．並且請安排雙人- 床。但當晚我到酒店時是11點半，結果沒有雙人床房。説明天中午給我換房，於是臨時免費加床位。但到第二天- 中午回到酒店又説對不起直到第三日仍然沒有給我換房間，本來我訂了6日，於是我第四天就離開了

1. the staff communication themselves are bad which cause conflict with customer. The result, one staff upgrade the room and the other staff did not know and sold the room to other customers. 2. day tour travel agency contracted with hotel rip off the western customers. My husband who doesn't know Mandarin at all was took to Chinese doctor and spent AUD350 for 2 bottle of cheap Chinese liver medicine (you wont really know what was in it, it maybe actually damage your liver with the fake ingredients. I had sent them back for two weeks and did not hear anything back from the hotel, who promise to have refund the fee) 3. the hotel price drop and did not send to customer on time, and even sent to customer, hotel did not believe the price drop and need to provide evidence from Booked.net email sent to us
